Camryn is a qualified physiotherapist, specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy,  Sport Injuries, Orthopaedics, and Post Surgery Rehabilitation. She completed her physiotherapy degree at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Camryn started running competitively from a very young age, which is where her love for movement and physiotherapy came from.

With a passion for musculoskeletal and sport injuries, she has completed certified courses in dryneedling, Pilates matwork and the LYNO® method, which identifies and removes fascial restrictions. She also loves to identify and treat common running errors.

Before moving to Bristol, she worked in Stellenbosch at a private musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice based at one of the top schools in South Africa, where she gained valuable experience working with elite athletes and sport teams.

Camryn loves being outdoors and active so she spends most of her free time running, cycling or hiking.
