Mallory offers a small group class that combines breath and movement to help you stretch, strengthen, and relax during a busy week. 

You can expect a slow-flow warm-up to help you tune into your body and the present. Followed by standing postures to build your strength and find your balance. Then closing with a deep relaxation, connecting back to your breath, and mindfully resting.

If you’ve tried yoga before or never rolled out a mat, the space is welcome to you with options to support your practice.
