Only half of UK adults do the recommended minimum amount of exercise each week (150 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise) – but do you know that physiotherapists are experts in designing, promoting and delivering physical activity interventions. We have have particular expertise in supporting people with long-term conditions and those recovering from illness and injury.
